Detailed Itinerary
Day 1. Transfer from Nairobi Aberdare National Park
Our driver guide will pick you from the hotel/Airport and transfer you to Aberdare National Park which is 100 km away from Nairobi which is the capital of Kenya. You will travel in about one hour, check-in at the lodge, and wait for the game drive in evening hours because animals are always very active in the morning and evening hours.
After lunch, at around 3:00pm, you will go for evening game drive to meet elephants, black rhinos, African buffaloes, meet lions and leopards. You will enjoy views of the Aberdare hills which are raised to over 4,000 meters and later be driven back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2. Transfer from Aberdare to Lake Nakuru National Park
Wake up in the morning, have breakfast, make a short game drive and go for the game drive while checking out. You will catch animals when they are very active. Transfer to Lake Nakuru where you will be overwhelmed with beauty of the terrain, wildlife and birds especially the flamingos.
Arrive at the lodge check-in, have lunch and go for evening game drive in search of lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, zebras, hippopotamus spotted on the Lake shores, flamingos that shed the shores of Lake Nakuru. You will retire to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 3. Transfer from Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve
You arise in the morning, have breakfast, checkout if the lodge and embark on the journey to Masai Mara.
Arrive in the afternoon hours, check-in the lodge and go for the game drive in search of lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, zebras, graphs, wildebeests, antelopes, impalas to mention but a few. Later you will be driven back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4. Full day game drive in Masai Mara
Wake up in the morning, have breakfast, get your lunch packed and set off for the whole day game drive. You will be searching animals for lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, and rhinos which are always seen in the open savannah grasslands of Mara.
Continue near the Mara River where you will meet most of the animals coming to drink waters and the predators like cheetahs are always in the close vicinity of these animals attempting to make a kill. You will retire to your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 5. Game drive and transfer to Lake Naivasha.
You will wake up in the morning, have a delicious breakfast and check-out of the lodge and bid farewell to Masai Mara reserve. You will travel for about 5 hours with a stopover for lunch and some scenic views. Reach Naivasha in the evening, relax at the lodge, have dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6. Game and transfer to Amboseli national park
Wake up early in the morning, have breakfast and check-out of the lodge. You will do game drive in the early morning to find animals when they are still fresh and active especially the nocturnal and the grazers that will have survived predators.
Take the track that leads you out of the reserve and head to Amboseli. You will arrive in the afternoon hours, check-in the lodge for accommodation, and later go for game drive. Later come back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7. Game drive and transfer to Nairobi
Arise in the morning, have breakfast and embark on a final game drive. Amboseli is a haven of elephants and other Big 5 animals; you will spot leopards, wild dogs, lions, buffaloes, plus a recorded number of birds of about 600 species. Later you will be transferred to Nairobi, where you will have lunch and be dropped at Jomo Kenyatta Airport or hotel depending on the time of your outbound flight.
